  2. 2If the caller exists, the agent greets them by name and pulls their recent appointment history.

Clinic Assist pricing is per seat, per month, and includes every PMS integration at no extra charge. Hybrid AI and human agent coverage is included in the same subscription. No per-integration fees, no setup fees for supported systems.

We handle the integration for you

You do not configure API keys, webhooks, or connection strings. As part of onboarding, we connect Clinic Assist to your PMS, import your patient data, map your practitioners and appointment types, and test the flow end to end before you go live.

If you are switching from a different phone setup, we handle the number port and the PMS connection in parallel. You keep your existing PMS account, your existing number, and your existing workflows. We replace the front-end voice layer.
